Contact information: Name, email address, country of residence.
Family information: Genealogical details you share to enable research.
Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe.
3. How We Use Your Information
Providing the family tree research service requested.
Communicating regarding your order or inquiry.
Delivering your family tree via secure download link.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share only with: Stripe (payment processing), a licensed administrative scrivener (行政書士) for koseki retrieval, and when required by law.
5. Data Retention
Data is retained for a maximum of one year after order completion, then securely deleted. Download links expire after 30 days.
